Data integration platforms bill different things: Fivetran uses monthly active rows and other service-specific units, Stitch has row-volume tiers, Hevo meters events, and Airbyte and Matillion offer consumption or capacity models. Those units are not directly comparable. Connector coverage, deployment responsibility, transformation needs and latency requirements matter alongside price. The records here are dated April 2026 snapshots, not a current workload quote.
List the exact source, destination and connector features you need, including incremental sync, deletes, schema changes and recovery after failure. Test a representative sync and measure the billable units, destination compute and operating work. Check source API limits and end-to-end latency rather than equating a sync interval with a delivery guarantee. Compare user roles, networking, logging and support against the exact plan.
